My name is Caroline, I was born in 1987 in Denmark, where I lived for the most part of my life. Now I live in Augsburg, Germany, with my husband, Martin.

 

For many years in my youth, I had a feeling that something was missing. This started a process in me, which finally cultivated the ability to rest in the heart. Thereby I discovered the intelligence of the heart, that expands beyond the limits of the rational mind and connects with deeper levels of life.

To me it is experienced as an inner sense of perceiving, that taps into the universal and communicates through resonance, inner images, synchronicities and feelings. It is especially with the help of this tool, that I do my work with family constellations and individual sessions.

My educational background consists of a Master of Arts in psychology and education. I have additionally studied family constellation in Denmark (1) as well as in Germany (2) and family- and psychotherapy (3).  My approach is phenomenological, existentialistic and humanistic.

Since my early 20's I have been drawn to eastern schools of philosophy such as Advaita Vedanta and Taoism as well as other mystical traditions and practices, which has deeply influenced my experience and been of great benefit to me.
